Firm beds / mattress for healthy backs! Pocket sprung, latex, or futon?
I don't know which firm mattress to buy (or orthopedic mattress as they are sometimes called). I don't like the Memory Foam and don't like soft beds much.
A decent pocket sprung or latex is at least £700
but a futon mattress is only £130.....
