OFA Charges like $35-40 for both hips and elbows to be done together and like $25 for just hips. I do both hips and elbows since i find it to be a better deal even thou boxers do not have elbow issues.

OFA charges about $15-30 depending on area for thyroid testing. DNA testing should be about the same.

That is just what OFA charges. Your vet will determine his carges then you go to OFA website, download the forms and send them to the vet with your dog for testing, you pay the vet your fee and the OFA fees which you vet will then send in to OFA for scoring.
